Where We Ship
Enviro Safe Home offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 12PM CST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
Enviro Safe Home has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at email@example.com.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Once you receive product, you can return it within 15 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- There are no restocking fees
- We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way.
- For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
- A return request must be made within one week after receipt of product.
- Returned items must be shipped back by the customer in its original packaging, without any damage and usage signs.
- Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back within 30 days after receiving the product regardless of when the return request is made.
- Refunds can take up to 12 business days to process depending on the method of payment and the issuing bank.
We accept cancellation within 2hours of purchase. If the orders has been processed, we would not be able to accept cancellation.
